Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.

We think you’ll love this cozy space as much as we do. Walk South on our street and you will cross 30A, then run directly into the San Juan Beach Access. Walk North and there’s other adventures, trails and beautiful Point Washington State Forest. If you’re looking for more action, you can bike to Seaside in 15 minutes or less!
