This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

We will welcome you and share our knowledge of the area - 15 mins to Murray Corner, 30 mins to Shediac, PEI and Nova Scotia .... Relax in the SAUNA and enjoy a soothing soak in the HOT TUB at this stunning WATERFRONT retreat! Stroll on the BEACH, and be charmed by the gorgeous nature that surrounds you! Inside, enjoy a JACUZZI TUB, full kitchen, open concept living, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a Murphy Bed. For couples, friends or family - relax, play, retreat! :) In the SUMMER the capacity goes up to 12, with a 3rd BEDROOM & GAMEROOM! The summer also has BBQ & DINING, a big BACKYARD with FIRE PIT and a PEDAL BOAT too!

Perfect for summer vacations, weekend getaways, special occasions, snowmobiling or cycling excursions. Experience privacy & tranquility while still enjoying comfort & being close to many destinations.

Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

It is common to see wildlife, including blue herons, osprey, bald eagles, deer, fox, pheasants and wild rabbits. Because of the northern view, the sunrise, sunset and starry nights are spectacular.
