In the living room, there is a fold-out sofa, a table for four and a 49" flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen has cookware and everything else you need for a homey stay. There is also a small TV with Netflix in the bedroom. Tram 42 stops 100m away and takes 10 min to the centre. There are two supermarkets and some nice cafes in the area.

A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
