The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

The love shack is located just off of I -5 down a country road smack in the middle of wine country! We are a 10 minute drive from Willamette Valley vineyards, 5 minutes from Jefferson and 10 minutes from downtown Albany, historical city center. Adults only. Must discuss pets with host before booking. They are allowed after conversation with host. They CANNOT be left alone in the Love Shack or on the property. No smoking of any kind inside units or on property.

Quiet room located on the front of the home overlooking main street! You are located in walking distance to the beautiful River park and promenade and local cafes, restaurants and shops. All of our rooms have shared access to the full kitchen, family room and dining room area and sun porch. We have on-street parking and wifi is great for remote workers. Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

Our neighborhood is a safe place to walk and explore and our property has security cameras to enhance your safety.
