Hiwassee River House: Lake Access w/ Huge Porch

Enjoy and relax to the peace of the Hiwassee River. Property is a duplex with adjoining door between kitchens, rent the full property or 1 unit under a separate listing. There are 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms. Beautiful view of river and mountains. Huge back porch overlooking two decks and fishing dock. Sleeps max 10. All bedrooms are upstairs, 3 have queen size beds, 1 has a bunk with a full size mattress on bottom and a twin on top. One side has a leather sofa bed with a full size mattress.

Sweetgum Villa with Hiwassee River Access

Arrive at Hiwassee Acres, our farm, and horse ranch and let us get you into our newly remodeled two bedroom one and a half bathroom townhome. Each upstairs bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and a view of the beautiful fields in front of the unit. The main bathroom has recently been remodeled and is convenient to both bedrooms. Downstairs, is the living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a half bath with washer and dryer just for you!

“On The River”

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.

Ayuwasi House at Spring Creek Retreat

This two-story home is located at Spring Creek Retreat surrounded by a native plant meadow, wooded hills, and a white water creek. The name of this house is Ayuwasi House, a Cherokee word that means meadow at the base of a cliff. This house was fully remodeled December 2020-March 2021. It has its own access to the creek.
