Located in a quiet farming community, this renovated horse barn features two comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, bath and laundry rooms, expansive porches, grill, gazebo and fire pit. Bring your kayaks, rods & reels, hiking boots or a good book and enjoy what nature has to offer. Minutes to Hiwassee and Ocoee rivers.

Gypsy Haven

Gypsy Haven is nestled at the foot of the Bean mountain, right between the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers. We are only 15 mins from The Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers, 19 miles to Cleveland, & about a 45 minute drive to Chattanooga. Enjoy white water rafting, fly fishing, mountain climbing, zip lining, horse back riding and more all within a short drive. You also have access to feed our sweet mules & Sir Spits a lot the alpaca! Note this is a guest house/ loft above our garage so you do walk up stairs.

If you are looking for a get-away experience with a beautiful mountain backdrop, this is it. Nestled into 300+ private acres of cattle land and woods, our cabin overlooks rolling pastures and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Plenty of adventures are nearby too - world-class white-water rafting on the Ocoee River, or for a quieter adventure, try fly-fishing or tubing down the Hiwassee River. And as this is a working cattle farm, premium beef is usually available for purchase while you're here.

The spacious home is primely located in Delano, TN, a mile from Gee Creek, five miles from Etowah, a half-hour from Cleveland and Ocoee River rafting, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. You can trout fish or raft/kayak from the backyard. You can easily visit the nearby campgrounds and park, Amish Market, and take in all that the Gee Creek area has to offer. At 884 sf it is the perfect size for a couple's romantic getaway. A day bed is available for one child. Plenty of windows with custom plantation shutters to open and fill the room with loads of light. This is a strict No Pet home.
