Summer in McCall! Find mountain bliss from EVERY window... pines, aspen, a huge Pondarosa, a serene meadow. If you're lucky a buck or doe may stroll by! Don't settle for a view of rooftops or parking lots. This cozy, stylish, corner condo is a little slice of McCall heaven and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful retreat after a day of McCall fun. So sorry but no animals or trailers per HOA rules. Free parking for two vehicles. There are safety issues for children under age 5.

An 18 hole golf course, Brundage ski resort, Zims Hot Springs, mountain bike trails and access to plentiful wildlife (fox, deer, elk and birds) near by, makes this a perfect getaway for outdoor enthusiasts. Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

Whitewater Studio-fenced acre-pets welcome-EV port

The Whitewater Studio has an open floor plan with sleeping accommodations for 3. There is a pony wall divider between the queen bed sleeping area and the hide a bed couch in the living area. There is a full and complete kitchen with all the amenities. A spacious bathroom with shower completes the studio. The front patio offers plenty of comfort for relaxing. There is a shared patio with BBQ and fire pit. The studio is on an acre with the Basque studio and has solar to offset power usage.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Directly across the street from the market and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The property also offers an open courtyard with a shared fire pit. The Swiftwater Cabins are renovated mining cabins that were once located in the town of Stibnite while the mine was active.
