The Orchard House by Katy Trail

Dubbed the Orchard house since being on Orchard street. This newly renovated stand alone home on a quiet dead end road is just what the doctor ordered. Located just 2 miles to the start of the historic Katy Trail makes this a great spot. Also, we are only minutes away from Truman Lake which boasts some of the best crappie and spoonbill fishing around. A dedicated shed with lock is provided at the back of the home for bike storage. A short walk to the historic square with shopping + eateries!

Come and stay in a quiet and private apartment above us on the second floor of our country home. This is a convenient location near Bolivar Missouri that is 1 mile from hwy 13, 4 miles from the hospital, 5 miles from SBU and 25 miles from Springfield. We are 20 minutes from Stockton Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Pomme de Terre with room for your boat. This is a large three bedroom unit with each room having a king bed with walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well.

Nestled in the woods, just a quick 5 minute drive to Bennett Spring State Park, this brand new cabin features a full living room, bedroom, kitchen, laundry area, and outdoor fire pit and grilling space. White Pine Lodge is located close enough to several outdoor activities to keep you busy, but off the grid enough to provide some peace and relaxation. Minutes away from Harry S. Truman Dam & Reservoir & the upper end of the Lake of the Ozarks. The lake is a popular fishing destination for crappie, largemouth bass, hybrid stripers, catfish, as well as some of the Nation's finest snagging for spoonbill paddlefish. The surrounding area (110,000 acres) provides plentiful & diverse opportunities, including hiking, horseback riding, golfing, biking, bird watching, off-road vehicle adventures, & some of the best hunting in the country.

Great fishing, poles provided. Open main floor and plenty of comfortable sleeping. Located at the 48.5 MM. Close to Red Fox, Big Dicks and just a boat ride from many others!

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Rustic Hideaway Cottage

This nearly hidden cottage in the woods (completed in June 2019) is perfect for a small family, two or three couples enjoying a lake vacation together, or several friends connecting simply to hang out. Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

We are close to several Pomme de Terre Lake swimming and boat access areas. Another attraction is 8 miles away at Lucas Oil Speedway host to Boat Racing, Off-Road Racing, and Dirt Track Races most weekends April-Oct.
