The small private pier under the villa offers maximum comfort for those who love the sea without sacrificing privacy. It is allowed temporary docking only, not stable. Two splendid beaches (Procchio and Spartaia) are a few hundred meters from the Villa as well as the town of Procchio to be able to meet various needs.
