The Modern Retreat

Kick back and relax in this newly remodeled modern retreat nestled on the quiet Ranchwood Park in Ponca City, Oklahoma. This home is ideally located in a family community and is directly across from Lake Ponca, making it the perfect peaceful family get away. This 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids; twin bunk beds in the kid room, a full size bed in the second bedroom, and a king in the master. There are 2 full baths, full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

12 miles to Ponca City, Dog Friendly, Kaw Lake

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, 105 year old home. Bring your dogs and boat trailer-extra parking in the back to accommodate up to 5 vehicles or a trailer. Modern finishes give this old home the perfect touch of comfort and class. The home is centrally located (about 10 miles) from several surrounding cities including Ponca City, Arkansas City and Blackwell. The upper end of Kaw lake is 6 miles from the home. First Council and Native Lights Casino are 5 miles from the home.

The Casa is located in the Woodlands edition of Ponca City, Oklahoma, and is a leisurely 6 minute walk to the Marland Mansion / Redbud Walking Trails. It is only a 3-4 minute drive to area attractions.

We really tried to capture a big city, modern, minimalist feel. We wanted this home to feel comfortable, but to also be sleek and stylish. Located in Ponca City, but close to other towns including: Pawhuska: 44 miles Stillwater: 44 miles Wichita: 78 miles OKC: 90 miles Tulsa: 98 This is the perfect house to stay while exploring Ponca City and surrounding areas. It is pet friendly and offers plenty of parking, including boat and trailer parking.

An adorable green house with a nice modern interior! Sleep well on 2 nice queen beds with brand new, top of the line mattress! Sit back and relax with a 65” TV or enjoy cooking a meal with a well stocked kitchen. This house is located on Grand Ave just a few blocks away from beautiful downtown Ponca.
