The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

La casa in Castelvecchio

L'appartamento si trova in una grande casa ricoperta di vite americana nel centro della cittadina di Borgo San Lorenzo. L'abitazione è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cucina e un bagno con doccia. Nella parte esterna c'è un cortile di pietre grigie ed un orto biologico ricco di verdure cresciute con amore e fiori antichi di altri tempi. L'alloggio è per due persone, singole o in coppia, ma c'è anche la possibilità di aggiungere un lettino se ci fosse un bambino presente. La valle del Mugello ha piccoli tesori di rara bellezza: il borgo medievale di Scarperia, le pievi romaniche di Borgo S. Lorenzo, di Sant'Agata e della piccola località di San Giovanni, la casa del pittore Giotto a Vicchio. Le verdi passeggiate nei sentieri dei boschi nell'Appennino tosco-emiliano, il succulento tortello mugellano ripieno di patate, il Lago di Bilancino vicino a Barberino del Mugello. Storia, natura e, se siete appassionati di moto, c'è anche l'autodromo internazionale del Mugello. Ci sono treni e autobus da e per Firenze Dal 1 maggio 2019 all’arrivo sarà richiesto, in contanti, il pagamento dell’imposta di soggiorno dovuta al Comune di Borgo San Lorenzo, pari a euro 1,50 al giorno a persona, fino ad un massimo di 6 giorni consecutivi. From the first day of May the hosts have to pay a tourist tax (for the municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo) when they arrive (with cash money). The tourist tax is 2,00 euro per day each person until the sixth day (from the seventh day is for free).

You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

L'aia

La casa Rurale o "Colonica" del Podere di Belforte ha origini antiche. Le sue radici sono esse stesse la storia delle colline di Villamagna, sito in cui venne eretta nel Medioevo. Le prime attestazioni risalgono infatti al 1200. La struttura architettonica, le varie pietre-fessure e gli architravi di legno nelle pareti - riportati a vista dopo il restauro- ne chiariscono l’impiego come Torre d’Avvistamento. Nel 1700, venne trasformata in casa colonica ad uso agricolo.

Come tutti i palazzi storici non ha ascensore e ci sono 60 scalini, ma una volta arrivati, la vista sulla piazza e le colline di Fiesole è stupenda. Il Duomo, così come la stazione centrale si trovano a 4 minuti a Piedi. Il quartiere, famoso per il suo mercato, è ricco oltre che dei monumenti storici, di ottimi ristoranti e di locali molto carini.
