You'll love this clean & bright basement studio w/private entrance! Bonus - We donate 10% of our earnings to groups supporting LGBTQIA rights & fighting food insecurity! We have a small dog and a cat. Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. Nice small, clean, & recently renovated effiency apartment in back half of home. Space has private driveway & private entrance. Full kitchen, full bathroom with stand up shower & tile floors. 1 mile from I-75 & Great Lakes crossing mall. Brand new queen size bed, pillows, & bedding (very comfortable mattress). Walking distance to McDonald’s, Tim hortons, Wendy's, & a local restaurant. The space does have a TV & a round table for dining or studying.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
