Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. The intrepid visitor can scramble along the shore. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.

Available dates in late June! Cottage Style Studio! Clean, spacious, colorful, comfy, bright! Easy access to Harpswell’s 216 miles of coastline via coastal trails, lovely side roads, small beaches and preserves. Too many trails to count in the surrounding area! Fresh lobster and seafood! Popham Beach and Reid State Park with expansive beaches are 35 minutes or less away. Enjoy the trails in the woods with spectacular views or walk on the beach at one of the state parks! So beautiful!

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. We love the unique charm of this space and place, and many repeat guests do too. We hope you will treasure (and care for it) as we do!

This quaint apartment attached to a family home has its own private entrance and contains one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with antique details that reflect its 200-year old history. Only a 15-minute walk to historic downtown Bath, a 3-minute drive to Thorne Head Preserve, and a 25-minute drive to Reid State Park and Popham Beach. Come appreciate everything MidCoast Maine has to offer!

Our two story in-law suite is relatively new. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Unfortunately, as much as we love furry family members, due to health risks for our family we are not able to host animals including service dogs. ❤️ 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 💕

Popham - Mah-Bella Beach House!

Built in 2005, our year round cottage is located between Fort Popham and the state park. Beach chairs, corn-hole, bocce ball and many other kids toys all provided. Outdoor propane fireplace with seating in a screened in porch. All Tv's are smart tv's with access to youtube tv. A whole house standby generator is hooked up for power outage issues. Many guests have returned for several years. Come fall asleep to the sound of the ocean!

The Sparrow’s Nest Charming Country Cottage

The Sparrow's Nest is located on a country road approximately 5 miles from downtown Boothbay Harbor. The Sheepscot River, it's coves and nature trails are close by. Enjoy the beautiful country surroundings, gardens, and the miracle of nature. What a delight to wake up to the sound of birdsong while enjoying a cup of local coffee, or sitting by the outdoor fire sipping wine and taking in the beautiful night sky.
