Apartamentul este dotat si utilat complet , avand curte comuna cu proprietarii, parcare și o gradina cu priveliște de vis.Statiunea montana Paltinis este situata la 20 km. In zona se poate vizita obiective turistice sau organiza trasee turistice. Va asteptam sa vizitati satul lui Octavian Goga si a lui Emil Cioran.

Characteristic chalet in Rau Sadului village, 30 km away from Sibiu. Access road asphalted and in winter regularly cleaned of snow. The whole chalet is just for you, not for the others! There is also a lake, which offers a special atmosphere during the warmth of the year, as well as in the cold months. Inside the Complex there is a Local Gastronomic Point, where you can dine. Apartamentul este situat chiar în satul Gura Râului, un sat tradițional al Mărginimii Sibiului, pe o stradă liniștită. Este foarte aproape de orașul Sibiu (aprox. 15 km) cât și de alte sate tradiționale. Aflat la poalele Munților Cindel, Gura Râului este un loc deosebit pe care Lucian Blaga l-a numit "satul lui de suflet".
