Best suited for adult guests as the space is not child proofed.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

New private Garden Studio with its own entrance is an open- concept living/dining/kitchen space with a cosy bed nook. Step into a lush garden with gurgling pond, fire pit and BBQ. Head out to Kingston's Historic Rondout Waterfront bustling with organic cafes, riverside restaurants, wine bars, antique shops, river cruises, live music, farm markets and kayak docks. Swan Cottage with Expansive Hudson River Views

The Swan Cottage was built in 1923 and was fully renovated in 2020. The idyllic location, on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, is the perfect perch to relax and get away from it all. The front porch is a nice spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sailboats on the river, while the huge wraparound porch affords terrific views of the river as well as the forest that gives this home a feeling of being high in the tree tops.
