Coastal Trail Glamping

If you plan to visit Cape Breton Island, make us your first stop. We are conveniently located 45 minutes from the Causeway, alongside the Celtic Shores Coastal Trail and in between the charming seaside villages of Mabou and Port Hood. Here you will find welcoming communities surrounded by breathtaking scenery and nearby sandy beaches. Our sites can accommodate 2-4 people and include a queen bed with linens, cots, charging station, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, composting toilet and outdoor shower.

Beachview Apartment Rental

This is a private, large, bright, air conditioned and fully equipped apartment. Pets are welcomed. There are two patios that guests can use with a bbq. The apartment has a view and access to one of the 5 beaches that the community of Port Hood boasts. From our location it is a 5-10 minutes walk to the local Bistro and 15 minute walk into the village. The surrounding area includes restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and many musical events especially during the summer and fall seasons.

Bothan Beag - Tiny House on the Water

Our 25’ x 8.5’ tiny house is situated on a beautiful secluded piece of ocean front property in Port Hood with a secluded beach and spacious deck. There is a loft with a queen sized bed and a sofa in the main area that turns into a double bed. There is a 3 piece bathroom in the back underneath the loft as well as a second small private room with enough space to set up a pack n' play.

Sunset Beach Gem

Beautiful, bright and well appointed, this cozy space is the perfect retreat after a day spent exploring the area's warm, sandy beaches or golfing at Cabot Cliffs. Seaside Escape, 1 Queen Bedroom Cottage

Port Hood is in close proximity to the world famous Cabot Links golf course, Glenora Distillery, square dances, farmers' market, and the Celtic Shores Costal Trail (for walking, biking, 4-wheeling and snowmobiling). This cottage does not allow smoking or pets. For hot days, there are fans in each room. Heating is also available in this fully winterized cottage.
