The Beach House

Private deck with grill, fire pit, parking space, washer/dryer, pack n play, waterfront gazebo (shared), picnic tables, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, pedal boat, fishing, ice fishing, ( bring your fishing gear, all water boating / kayaks /paddle boards, are ONLY available to use for staying / paying guests. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

Sailing, windsurfing, pontooning, jet skiing in the summer & ice boating, snowmobile quad running & ice fishing all winter.

We believe this is the perfect Airbnb location to allow you to feel like you are away from it all. You can swim, fish, kayak, golf and enjoy the beautiful views on Clear Lake, which is connected to the "Chain of Lakes" to maximize your experience. You are five minutes from downtown Oxford and also close to downtown Lake Orion. The Polly Anne Trail is close by with walking and biking trails. We recently added a NEW king size bed. It has a 1200 square foot two level deck that is directly on the water's edge. The location gives you the Up-North feeling with the convenience of being close to the city.
