The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

However you will still enjoy privacy in the tiny house, with a private back deck with views to the hills and coast & beautiful views of Thistle Island, Sleaford and Fishery Bays. Pets are allowed (not inside & it is not a fenced yard)
