Somos casas de concepto netamente familiar y para descanso, solicitamos no escándalos, borracheras, fumar o música a excesivo volumen en ningún horario. Place to relax and chill, with four distinct houses that represents each one of the elements: fire, wind, earth and water. Each house is complete with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and a small pool that connects to the living area. All surrounded by a wooden deck and plenty of nature. El Dutchmen

An ocean-front option for adventurous travelers—the feeling camping with comforts of home! Rental includes day passes to Playa 14 for all guests(only valid for 1 day) where you’ll find delicious food & drinks, kid-friendly shallow pools or adult-only swimming area/ cabañas. The RV comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with a king-sized loft bed & a queen-sized bed in the back bedroom. Couch & dinette can be converted into sleeping spaces for children.

Casa Juliana is located in the Pumpo Monterrico village, just 10 minutes from the center of Monterrico and 150 meters from the beach (3 minutes walking).
