This Mediterranean-style custom-built villa is located right on the beach and offers spectacular sun dances year-round. The shaded pool features a built-in bench overseeing beach and ocean. This warm, quiet place is fully equipped with custom touches by Lorena de Estrada, a seasoned interior designer. Open up the entire house to welcome in the relaxing sounds and enjoy the beauty all around.

Todas las habitaciones con bano privado, toallas, sabanas y almohadas, cocina bien equipada, estufa gas y electrica, churrasquera gas, microondas, licuadora, tostador, cafetera, refrigerador, air fryer, congelador y enfriador en el rancho. We are delighted to welcome you into our beautiful, relaxing home, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Villa Rosa was inspired by the colonial architecture of Antigua, yet with a modern, beach influenced twist. It offers a spa-like retreat in a hidden corner of El Paredón. It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.
