The Sound features a picturesque location with a sandy beach that although not the greatest for swimming, is great for strolls, picnicking, nature-watching or just enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach is a 7+ min stroll down a board walk or during operational hours take the shuttle. At the beach you can stop into Coco's for lunch & cold drinks.
