This private cottage offers you access to the snowmobile/ATV trail, & is only a short trek to the sandy beach of Lake Noquebay. The cabin is only 3 mins to groceries, Kwik Trip, & downtown Crivitz; yet still secluded in the beautiful woods for a wonderful getaway! Small cabin in a quiet country setting. Located in Michigan's beautiful upper pennisula. Close to Lake Michigan's Green Bay. Great fishing, boating, and water recreation at one of the many nearby parks. Also close to ATV/snowmobile trails and golfing. Five acres of fenced in space, great for playing with the dog or kids. Firepit and gas grill. the cabin is located 5 miles out of town, so still close enough for shopping or checking out the restaurants. Pets welcomed, if well mannered.

Welcome to your own little retreat on the Menominee River (which is famous for fishing of bass, walleye, northern, sturgeon, and more), kayaking and tubing. Spend your time enjoying your morning coffee on the deck or private dock (available Memorial Day-early Fall) all while watching the eagles soar overhead or maybe you'll even get to view the Northern Lights. There is a fire-pit to relax by and kayaks and a canoe for you to use and spend the day fishing or just enjoying the scenery.

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.

A separate office is also in the house. Part of the basement is finished, where the largest bedroom is located. Large backyard on an alleyway, perfect for kids to play and furry friends to explore. Fully equipped kitchen as the heart of the home.
