Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. The Barn is a peaceful, romantic, rustic retreat deep in the heart of West Cornwall but, only 10 mins from Penzance & St Ives. Situated in a fantastic secret location for a holiday being a short distance from St Ives, Lands End, Penzance, St Michaels's Mount & the Lizard. The Barn is centrally heated with a log burner as well. Great carfree walks from the door. This stylish Barn is perfect for a couple or a small family. It has super comfortable beds. Superfast WIFI . En-suite Rural Log Cabin

Purpose built wooden cabin providing an en suite bedroom, in the garden, tucked up behind the brook. Sleeps up to 3 people with the addition of an airbed (2 adults and 1 child), and enjoys views of the surrounding garden and brook. You are actually right next to the babbling brook, to lull you off to sleep! We currently have no WiFi due to local storm damage. The cabin is a 7 minute walk from Tanglewood Wild Garden which ranks as number 5 in Tripadvisor’s 10 top attractions in Penzance.

St Pauls is a beautiful & historic converted Old School. It is located in the centre of Penzance, steps away from local shops, restaurants, cinema, galleries, parks and the seaside. Nearby there is Jubilee Pool, St Michaels Mount, Mousehole Harbour, St Ives, Porthcurno, Lands end and much more. This place is the perfect base to explore the best of Cornwall. Train, Bus, Taxi & Car Rental is a 10 minute walk away and there is a parking space for you to use directly outside the property.

Set on a 160 acre working Pedigree Aberdeen Angus farm, The Byre is situated up a windy Cornish lane, attached to the owners’ farm house. This hideaway is set between the wild west moors and the Atlantic Ocean. A place for all seasons, The byre has its own private garden, to be enjoyed after a day of sun and salty air, with a glass of chilled wine. Or, Nestle inside next to the wood burner on a wild winters’ evening, after a day of invigorating walks along the rugged clifftops.

Pines at Carminowe Farm, a peaceful rural retreat

Cozy flat located at Carminowe Farm, just outside the village of Pendeen, slightly off the beaten track with no close neighbours, making it extremely peaceful and a haven for wildlife. It's a short walk to the shop, pubs and local facilities. The coast path is approximately a mile and a half away. The flat has ample parking and its own courtyard seating area. The hosts live in the main part of the house and have a border collie called Bill and a cat.

It offers stunning sunset views and after dark is ideal for stargazing, due to zero light pollution. By day you can walk the coastal path, explore the moors , or visit either the Gurnard’s Head or Tinners Arms for lunch or dinner. The coastal towns of St Ives, Penzance and St Just are a 15 minute drive or you can choose the coastal bus.

It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.

Little Gurnards is set in a stunning rural location in the tiny hamlet of Treen,Zennor in West Cornwall a stones throw away from the coastal path. The cottage has a double bedroom with bathroom next door, cosy living room with 2 sofa's and wood burning stove, spacious kitchen, conservatory opening onto a small enclosed garden and porch which has the added feature of a hot & cold dog shower.
