Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Il vantaggio esclusivo sta nel poter accedere alla spiaggia, ideale per i bambini, anche quando l' accesso al pubblico viene vietato alle ore 19: 15 secondo disposizione del comune.
