Barkly Beach House Warrnambool

Barkly Beach House is a brand newly renovated home designed with relaxing coastal holidaying in mind, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.

An 1850's 2-bedroom cottage sitting at the edge of the historic fishing village of Port Fairy. Tucked away along the old railway track, with countryside views to the rear, old-world charm, two wood heaters, and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen, offering a relaxing & peaceful country getaway. Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.

As a pet friendly property you can even bring your dog to enjoy a slice of the rural lifestyle. Just 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to central Warrnambool we have the best of both worlds.

Welcome to our contemporary self-contained bungalow centrally located within 5 minutes' drive to the beach and 15 minutes leisurely stroll to the quality pubs and restaurants Warrnambool offers, making perfect home for couples and solo adventures looking for an affordable weekend away as well as for business travelers. The bungalow is equipped with an A/C, Smart TV and new bathroom to accommodate short term guess and designed for the utmost convenience.

The Little Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area. It is situated behind the main residence. 1.6 kms from the Main Street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches, it’s around the corner from the Fletcher Jones gardens, fish + chip shop, laundromat and cafe Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval upon booking. The bed is double - so cosy! If you’re 6’4” it’s maybe not ideal!

Take time to unwind and relax with the whole family at this peaceful hide-away in Portland. Air-conditioning for the summer or open fire place for the winter, it is fully equipped with all appliances that you need for your holiday stay away from home. The property is set off the main roadway and allows for complete privacy to anyone else in the neighbouring area.

You will be staying in light filled cosy home in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to the Russells Creek walking track, childrens playground and only a 5 min drive to our amazing beaches, lake pertobe, racecourse and the city centre. A home with everything you need for a short or long term getaway.
