Gosling Retreat at Goose Bay is located on the Susquehanna River at the north end of Goodyear Lake, just 10-15 minutes from Cooperstown. You can relax and enjoy the scenery and all the wildlife this area has to offer - geese, ducks, egrets, herons, and even eagles! There is an easy boat launch on the property, and a canoe and kayak are provided for your use! A three-season sunroom on the back of the house is the perfect place to relax and recharge with your family or someone special.

Eagle River is a charming waterfront home located between Cooperstown & Oneonta. The water views are incredible! Enjoy free use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards at the kayak shop next door. The owner operates the kayak shop next door and is readily available if need be; free kayak lessons are included also.
