La spiaggia è libera e il mare poco profondo e riparato è l'ideale per i bambini. Nel residence sono presenti campi da tennis, da calcio, da beach volley, un parco giochi e il parcheggio gratuito. La casa è un trilocale posto al primo piano, con terrazza abitabile arredata, affacciata sul verde.
