Le stanze spaziose e piene di luce e il terrazzo affacciato sul lago suggeriscono un ritmo di vita calmo e rilassato. La casa della nonna è grande ed ospita comodamente cinque persone. Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Near shops include a pharmacy, post office, cafe and pizzeria/trattoria The beach is within walking distance. All rooms with balcony and a unlimited and breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The Villa is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay.

"... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.

Nur wenige Minuten vom Lago Maggiore entfernt liegt dieses Dachgeschoss-Appartement mit seinem atemberaubenden Seeblick. Es ist ideal geeignet für zwei Personen, aber auch vier Personen finden ihren Platz. Ein Auto ist erforderlich und ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Aber auch Fuß läßt sich der Ort mit seinen Badestränden, Cafés und Restaurants erreichen, die Wohnung liegt ca. 100 Höhenmeter über dem Lago.
