This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . There is WI-FI. And a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also. Private gated access where memories are made that last a lifetime! Our most recent addition is a "Grain Bin Gazebo". This cozy backyard retreat is equipped with a gas grill, blackstone griddle, table and chairs. Backyard also has a brick patio, hot tub, hammock and fire pit.
