Come to relax with the whole family in the newly renovated apartment with an ocean view. This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Enjoy all the fun of Rua das Flores - the charming pedestrian zone in the heart of Porto's UNESCO world heritage site. Right outside your balcony are wine bars, cafes, restaurants and cute shops. Singers and musicians entertain on the street. Have a seat and relax on our small balcony, watching the beautiful people stroll by down below. A short walk to São Bento train station, Time Out Market, Bolhão Market, Livraria Lello, Ribeira (the river), as well as churches, shopping and port lodges!

A poucos minutos do aeroporto e do centro do Porto, localiza-se na zona nobre de Matosinhos, próximo de inúmeros restaurantes, lojas, supermercados, escolas de surf e do Parque da Cidade, o maior parque urbano do norte do país. Anualmente, nas proximidades, decorrem variados eventos lúdicos como festivais de música, queima das fitas, campeonatos de surf, rally e atividades de praia.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
