The holiday home is located on a hill, just 200 meters from one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in Greece. You can reach the beach either by walking along a lovely 200 meter forest path right in front of the house or by taking the paved road, about 450 meters away. The house offers stunning sea views and breathtaking sunsets. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to relax in a peaceful setting.

Villa Roje

The villa, located in Halkidiki, offers a unique view on the gulf of Posidi and Olympos Mountain. The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.

Important: The complex has a shared pool, but it is not available for Airbnb guests and cannot be used during your stay. The property offers a large private garden and multiple outdoor lounging areas. Located in Possidi, Halkidiki, just 2 minutes by car from the beach. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC. Ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing seaside escape.
