This getaway is as close to the water as possible in downtown Coeur d’Alene with fabulous lake views overlooking a quaint marina. With all the best Cd’A has to offer at your fingertips: beaches, woodland trails, parks, & a picturesque downtown; all a short neighborhood walk away. We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.

Just yards to the lake/beach to take advantage of kayaking, boating or swimming. Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, swimming pool also available. All amenities including 2 bedrooms (queens), loft (queen) full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Home is near Silverwood and a great jump off spot to explore Northern Idaho including Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint and Farragut.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.
