Also less than a mile to public beach park and boat ramp. The home offers a full kitchen, laundry, sleeping area for three with queen bed in bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room. Plenty of parking on the property for your boat and trailer. RV parking may be available. We'd love to have you as our guests!!

If a quaint and organized small place works for you, then enjoy this studio layout with a bathroom, pub table, kitchenette-microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker -LOADS of personal grooming amenities - Speedy Wifi-42 inch TV-Free Streaming Netflix/Amazon Prime. FREE PARKING ON PREMISES. Outdoor cats reside on property. Not really suitable for children/infants due to small living space.

Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.
