Beach Villa at Palmar

The house is ideally located on one of the nicest beaches and top kitesurfing spot of Mauritius! The lagoon in front offers crystal clear blue water for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. We form part of a small bungalow complex and our house is the 2nd one from the beach(which is 30-40m away with direct access). The house comprises of a large open space living - dining and kitchen with a small private garden. On the 1st floor there are three ensuite bedrooms with sea views for two of them.

Cette maison de charme de 130 m² est idéalement située à 50m de la jolie plage de Bain Bœuf : eau turquoise et sable fin sont à 2mn à pied. Sa piscine privée, comme ses jardins tranquilles, s'apprécient dès le matin. Très agréable à vivre, aménagée haute qualité, elle a obtenu l'agrément de la Tourism Authority. La villa est louée avec une femme de ménage 6 j/7 ainsi que 2 voiturettes de golf (1 neuve pour 6 pers,et 1 pour 4). Au calme absolu,sans aucun vis-à-vis!
