Very good location in the old town of Corfu. The house is very old but this small apartment (42 m2) has been completely renovated. The renovation was completed in early August 2017. Quite functional (for a family or a couple). The neighborhood is picturesque, making you believe you are sometime back in time. My home (80m2) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).
