They're just 5 minutes by foot away from super markets, taverns, restaurants, the beach and climbing paths! Free WiFi is provided and the studio is fully equipped. While there are 30 step stairs the studio is very recently renovated and they have parking on the street right outside the studios.

The house has screens on the windows all rooms exept the small bedroom have air conditioning and with solar water heating system.
