Our house is located in a quite and safe historical neighborhood in Woodley Park. It is located within a walking distance, about 5 minutes walking, to Woodley Park Metro Station, Smithsonian's National Zoo, and many restaurants and bars. There is a separate entrance at the rear side of the house, and a parking space available near the entrance. Our place is ideal toward people staying here for work. No extra guests other than requested and no party or smoking allowed. No pet allowed.

Need to social distance? Our quiet country studio is far enough from Washington DC to get away without being gone. Ideal for grabbing some space, a long run, a bike ride, or visiting local wineries. The Appalachian Trail is just a stone's throw away. We respect your privacy. No smoking is allowed and internet access is from your own hot-spot. Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap. Arena, and a 20-minute walk to the National Mall with its lovely Smithsonian Museums, White House, Chinatown, with some of the city's best dining and nightlife a stone's throw away. We have one queen bed and provide upto 2 rollaway, one airmattress, and one futon. Message us for custom requests and we’d love to discuss options.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
