The Carriage House is a large unit with private entrance, two beds, full bathroom, and kitchen. The shared yard has a picnic table and swing to enjoy the summer weather. Our lovingly renovated 1900 guest cottage sits above an active mountain spring and beside the estate's main residence. You'll encounter chickens, cattle, horses and abundant wildlife as you hike and explore the property.

The Cottage is a restored wagon barn nestled against the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll enjoy quality, comfort, quietude, and pastoral views. We are a fully licensed and inspected B&B on a 1790's farm in rural Loudoun County VA. Each morning you are treated to a continental breakfast of fresh pastry, fruit sourced from local farms, and homemade jams which we quietly deliver by 7:30 unless otherwise requested. Note that the base price is for 1-2 people. Guests 3 and 4 have additional fees.

The historical towns of Intercourse and Strasburg (15 min.) offer tourist attractions. These include the Sight and Sound Theater, The kitchen Kettle , Buggy rides and more.

The White Oak Cabin

This 1850's one bedroom rustic cabin offers the option of 2 twin beds or 1 king (beds moved together with insert- upon request) and is ideal for history enthusiasts. A wood-burning fireplace adorns the downstairs, while the sleeping quarters are in the loft above. Decorated in period furnishings as well as an open air (no door) bathroom, visitors will get a more intimate look at our Country’s history. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night).
