Nestled on our bucolic farm 15 min from historic Staunton, immerse yourself in nature with your private campsite, visit farm animals, or trek down to our private section of Middle River. Our spacious and private glamping tent has all the amenities of home like a queen bed, water, fire pit, compost toilet, picnic table, grill and battery for fan and coffee maker. This spacious safari tent is a perfect glamping getaway for the family, two couples, or a friends' weekend away. You'll stay on 20 acres with over 700 feet of frontage on Abrams Creek. Ready to unplug? The safari tent is completely offgrid. Spend your day splashing in the crystal clear creek or hiking through the forest, but end your evening in a comfy bed and a wood-fired stove to keep you warm. We have a new larger tent for 2026! Queen size bed. We have also added a sauna to our retreat. Rest and recharge at this beautifully landscaped glamping retreat. Enjoy quiet moments of zen in the meditation garden, awake to the birds and butterflies, float the afternoon away in the pool or enjoy stargazing in the hot tub at night. We are set up for a quiet retreat for 2 people. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No parties!

Come stargaze at the Big Dipper Ranch. Spend your whole time on our 23 acres or use it as home base as you explore all that Madison County has to offer. Old Rag and White Oak Canyon are minutes away as are wineries, breweries, orchards and much more! Critters big and small, we have them all! Please know we are in a remote area and wild animals and insects are part of nature and come with the camping experience!

Conowingo Creek Campsite

Walking paths leading to the scenic Conowingo Creek make this private setting located in southern Lancaster County a perfect relaxing get away. A short walk will put you on the banks of ideal fishing or a refreshing dip in the beautiful waterway. Then, after an evening by the campfire and a cozy night of sleep, a short drive gives you access to the Susquehanna River where hiking and scenic overlooks abound.

Adorable Platform Tent w/ Outdoor Shower

Stay in our airy platform tent nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains just off the Appalachian Trail. An hour from DC, it's a quick get away for a few quiet nights. Once you're here you can choose from dozens of hikes, swims, breweries and vineyards all within minutes of home. The tent is cozy and quiet complete with an outdoor shower, latrine, tiny kitchen, and big back porch to watch to the sunset.
