Wir vermieten eine zweigeschossige, plus Untergeschoss, komplette Wohnung im Musikerviertel in Teltow. Die Wohnung ist ca. 81 qm groß, sehr hell und freundlich, Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück und auch auf der Straße. Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

In traumhafter Lage bieten wir 7 Zimmer und – für größere Gruppen – die Souterraineinheit. Gern organisieren wir Boots- oder Shuttlefahrten und weitere Aktivitäten vor Ort. Vieles kann individuell arrangiert werden – fragt einfach an! Für Gruppen ist eine Preisreduzierung möglich (Gastgeberangebot).

Separate Unterkunft mit eigenem Bad

Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der L63). Bushaltestelle ist 100 m vom Grundstück entfernt. Parken ist am Haus möglich. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

Beginnen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in einer liebevoll sanierten Dachgeschosswohnung, mitten im Herzen des denkmalgeschützten Altstadtbereichs der Lutherstadt Wittenberg, zwischen dem historischen Marktplatz und dem Lutherhaus. Die 2-Raumwohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss mit Schlafzimmer zur ruhigen Mittelstrasse, ist 78qm groß, mit Fußbodenheizung, Doppelbett und möglichen 4 Aufbettungen im Wohnzimmer auf 2 Schlafsofas.

Unser Gästezimmer ist besonders geeignet, um von hier aus mit dem Fahrrad, der Bahn, dem Auto oder auch zu Fuß Potsdam (und auch Berlin) zu erkunden. Sowohl der Filmpark Babelsberg als auch der gleichnamige Stadtteil sind interessante Ausflugsziele. Mit der etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernten S-Bahn sind Sie in 25 Minuten in Berlin oder in 10 Minuten im Potsdamer Stadtkern. Mit dem Auto gelangt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zur Autobahn, aber weder sie noch die Bahn sind nachts zu hören.

Die Wohnung ist im Stadtteil Steglitz nahe der beliebten Einkaufsmeile Schloßstraße und dem Botanischen Garten. Die Ausstattung ist modern, schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Neben dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle mit 2 Buslinien. Rauchen in der Unterkunft ist nicht gestattet, aber es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem Rauchen ermöglicht wird. Es gibt immer genug kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

Hello and welcome! You can look forward to two bright, modernly furnished rooms in my large apartment, just about a 2-minute walk from Lichtenberg station. From there, you have excellent access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is only about 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.
