Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. This two-bedroom home is truly walking distance to the village of Potsdam - 1-2 mi to both SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson. Access to the river, private laundry, fully-stocked kitchen, kayaks, and luxury bedding. Enjoy all Potsdam has to offer with this centrally-located retreat! We support local. Our AirBnB is stocked with locally-made soap and coffee.

Mid-term stays Nov-June. Nautical-themed, luxurious and romantic 1 bedroom suite. Enjoy your own 1100 sq/ft space in downtown Prescott (1 block from the River). With an industrial, modern design, this space showcases unique and custom art, literature and partial river views. NOTE: Unit access is from the exterior stairs only. This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Our lakeside cottage has great lake and mountain views. It is close to the public beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. It has its own sandy beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.

Raquette River Retreat- Potsdam NY

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Our home is on the Racquette River and within a short drive to: St Lawrence University - 18 Minutes Clarkson University - 11 Minutes SUNY Potsdam - 9 Minutes SUNY Canton - 24 minutes Tupper Lake - 45 minutes Saranac Lake - 1 hour 20 minutes Lake Placid - 1 hour 40 minutes

Secluded River Overlook Cabin on 160 acres

Newly constructed in 2020. Lots of windows to gaze out at the wild and scenic St Regis River. Private 160 acre forest haven, 4 miles of hiking trails, private fire pit picnic table and swim hole in summer! The cabin is 24x40 with two stories and a large screened in porch. Solar power with generator back up. Delicious water from an artisan well. Arrive frazzled depart dazzled!

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.
