Come stay at the ranch. 3 bedroom 2 bath

Located on the equine portion of our 800 acre ranch, enjoy serenity with breath taking views and hands down the best star gazing. Centrally located in the middle of 117 miles of ATV/UTV trails. Get on your ATV/UTV or snowmobile at the house and drive right out the driveway. A great place for snowmobiling during the snow season or hunt the state game land just 2 miles away. Bring your horse and go trail riding for hours on end. We rent pasture or stall and offer guided trail rides if scheduled.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short walk across the yard is the intersection of Freeman run and the First Fork. Enjoy fishing at either of these streams. An offsite cabin from our Potter County Family Campground is a unique and peaceful place to stay. 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Fabulous setting on top the mountain. Plenty of parking with circular shaped driveway entrance. Located on Snowmobile/ATV legal township road. 1 mile from Denton Hill Lyman Run state trails. Cabin features 3 bedroom 2 bath. All new flooring through our entire camp. Bathrooms updated with handicap height toilets. WIFI plus good Verizon cellular service. Large deck on the front for relaxing. Amazing star gazing right from the yard.
