Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). To all our FOOTBALL FANS - we're a quick 5 miles to the stadium!

The elegant "Tree House'' is not in a tree but feels like it, with large windows overlooking lush forest or mountain views. This 450 sf space is a separate unit with own entrance & porch--no stairs! Queen bed, sofa, stone/tile bathroom & walk-in shower, washer-dryer, big TV, fast WiFi, birdfeeders at window. Located on cozy cul-de-sac, reserved parking. This architect-designed space has a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee, more. Hiking trails near by! Non-smoking.

The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

The Haven With Amazing Location - No Cleaning Fee

Welcome to our little Haven in the heart of W. Knoxville! We invite you to be a guest at our homestead in the city. The house has been recently built. Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

Cheerful, Private Cottage on Oak Forest Farm

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Conveniently located 15 minutes from UT Campus, downtown Knoxville, and only 45 to 60 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.
