(Fully working Camper that sleeps 3 is also available to rent for cabin guests who need extra beds) Private tiki bar w/grill overlooking our lake which is stocked with bass, blue gil and catfish! It's Perfect for fishing and kayaking! We have a fire pit, bbq, walking path on property, outdoor seating, donkeys & mini horses on property. The house is stocked with what you need to cook/bbq! Beautiful "in town" Grinnell cabin that feels miles away. Spacious private Log Cabin sleeps 12. Guests can enjoy a serene atmosphere, private pond stocked with fish, fire pit, BBQ, walking and biking trails. Arbor lake right behind the cabin also has fishing and a one mile long walking path. Anyone swimming, using the lake or if there are kids under 18, a waiver must be signed upon arrival. 4 Bedrooms, 1 king bed in open basement living space,2 living rooms, and a stocked modern kitchen.

Grinnell Tiny House is a peaceful space with some of the best views of the farm. Sip morning coffee on the deck while overlooking the majestic views of the prairie, chestnut trees and listening to the birds sing. Take a stroll through the seasonal organic vegetable garden and sit in the hammock under a shade tree. Just a stones throw away from Ahrens Park, Grinnell College and Downtown Grinnell makes it an ideal place for biking to and from events.

Welcome to Monte Lofts in downtown Montezuma. This spacious, newly remodeled loft features a private, secured entrance, a huge, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room with front load washer and dryer. The bedroom features a large walk in closet and its own entrance to the laundry room and full bathroom. The living room, with floor to ceiling windows offers a great view of the historic downtown Montezuma square.

Come experience small town living in the heart of downtown Grinnell. In 2017, I completed the historical renovation of this 100 year old gem that was vacant for a few years. You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, grocery stores and many restaurants.
