Cozy, spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment in a historical and traditional neighborhood, in central Lisbon but quiet at the same time. Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. The apartement is an open space with bathroom, full kitchen and a small closet for guests to store their clothes. Was conceived by me, I create a relaxing and warmth place where the guest can feel like home. It´s perfect for couples, it´s located in a very calm neighborhood. Is well located, close to the river, the main train and metro station of Santa Apolónia The lower part of Lisbon (Baixa) is in walking distance; such is the famous tramway 28, for an old-fashion trip around ancient Lisbon.

This renovated studio is located in Areeiro, one of the most central location in Lisbon, walking distance from two metro station and 10 mints from Downtown area by metro. It has a leaving room and dining area, a functional kitchenette, one double bed in the mezzanine accessible by stairs, and one bathroom with shower. The apartment has natural sunlight with a small balcony and a large window. It's located at the 3rd floor, and although with no elevator, the stairs are large and easy access.
