E' vicina a negozi, ristoranti, bar,spiaggia e fermata bus. L' appartamento offre camera da letto, cucina, bagno e un meraviglioso terrazzo. LA SCALETTA

La Scaletta è un grazioso appartamento con una vista spettacolare sul mare della costa di Amalfi, a pochi minuti di cammino dalla spiaggia della Praia, posto incantevole con tanti romantici ristoranti. La fermata bus è sotto casa, L'appartamento si raggiunge dalla strada salendo una scala con 95 gradini E’ disponibile un garage a pagamento a pochi metri dal cancello di ingresso al costo di 30€ al giorno. Se avete bisogno dei facchini per trasportare i bagagli, bisogna prenotarli in anticipo.

Posizione centrale, a pochi passi da negozi, salumerie, farmacia, bar e ristoranti della zona. Immersa nel verde tra giardini e ulivi con un ampio terrazzo con vista su Positano, Capri e l'isola de Li Galli. Inoltre è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalle fermata dei bus di linea. Data la mancanza di un parcheggio privato e la difficoltà nel trovare un posto auto in paese soprattutto in piena estate, è consigliabile arrivare con altri mezzi di trasporto (taxi privato o mezzi pubblici)

The villa is located in a perfect location just a few steps to restaurants, grocery and bus stop. The large garden, which looks into the gulf of Salerno and offers a fascinating view of the sea and the Amalfi coast.

497 Aspettando l'Alba is an apartment with a sea-view terrace and a private pool. Featuring beautiful blue Vietri majolica tiles, the apartment includes a large double bedroom, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bright living room, and a terrace with a sea-view pool. It's ideal for 2 to 4 people and is located in the historic part of Praiano, in a quiet and authentic setting. Between the sea and the mountains, nearby are the wonderful Path of the Gods and Praia beach.

Casa Tuti

Casa Tuti is down from the main road,only accessible by a 10 minutes walk and some steps, located in the fishermen area of the villageof Praiano, in an extremely quiet area. Surrounded by local properties and wonderful vegetable gardens, we all grow our own produce of the season. The view from the house is 180 degrees, from Positano to the right to the Isola de Li Galli in front, at the horizon Capri and the Faraglioni rocks, to the Amalfi Coast Peninsula back to Casa Tuti.

Casa Panoramica is situated in the center of Vettica Maggiore, hamlet of Praiano and has access from the main road going down 12 steps. It is a bright and stylish apartment and from its terrace of approx. 100, your gaze will range from Positano to the island of Capri and to the small Li Galli. It offers you the ideal place for those who want to understand the genuine charm of the Amalfi Coast, just outside the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas.

Casa Franco is equipped with every comfort, reachable from the driveway through a pedestrian way with about 100 steps. You can reserve a private parking spot at about 150m (chargeable and on request upon your booking). Casa Franco can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is more suitable for couples, 2 adults and 2 children or 4 friends

Panoramic view Apartment

Casa Portapenta is located in the historic centre of Praiano in a quiet and very panoramic position. In the morning you can enjoy the first light of dawn, sipping a coffee directly from your terrace, surrounded by lemon, orange and apricot trees and a lush vegetation.
