Seaside apt in Stazzo (Acireale)

The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.

Si può raggiungere in 15 minuti Taormina e in 30 Siracusa ottima posizione per fare escursioni. Ci troviamo a 5 minuti da Acireale famosa per il suo stile Barocco le sue prelibatezze culinarie. Si informano gli ospiti che all'arrivo ci sarà da pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 2€ a notte per le prime 5 notti a persona.

Vivi un'esperienza unica in un ex-avamposto della Guardia Costiera. Il mare ti accompagnerà in ogni tua giornata. L'edificio si trova in una zona naturalistica protetta, con mare cristallino. Si accede tramite una tipica strada di campagna con antiche basole in pietra lavica: ti consiglio una macchina un po' più alta. A circa 900m è presente il paese con botteghe locali. L'autostrada è a 10 min. e si arriva a Taormina in 20 min.
