Step back in time as you enter a historic apartment in which original features take center stage. Tuck into a traditional tuscan breakfast on the flower adorned patio before kicking back on the pinstripe sofa with book from the in-house library. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. Internet connection WIFI is availble and free! Travellers and tourists on holiday in PISTOIA remain fascinated by its history. In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Enhanced by a vintage style, the two-room apartment, thanks to the sofa bed, can accommodate up to four people. Located in an ideal position for discover the Tuscany country side and Chianti is 15/20 minutes by car from Florence city center. Be inspired by it's particular atmosphere, walk among the olive trees until you reach the outdoor bio swimming pool, heated in the spring months.

CASA IRMA Prato centro comoda per Firenze

Benvenuti!!! Entrando in casa Irma, c'è un ingresso armadio e attaccapanni. Il bagno è un po' datato. C'è la lavenderia (condivisa) 5€ a lavaggio compresi: prodotti, lavatrice, stendino e asciugatrice (in inverno). la stanza principale ha un soppalco con letto francese. Scala ripida!. Sopra non si sta in piedi. Sotto c'è un divano/letto e il mobile TV. Si passa in cucina, con i fornelli. a gas. Sul terrazzo (condiviso) potrete stare su tavolo divano, poltrone e amaca (non in inverno). Grazie!

Appartamento “Il Globo”

Posto al secondo piano dell’edificio che un tempo ospitava il centralissimo Cinema Globo, l’appartamento si colloca nel cuore di Pistoia, e gode di un affaccio d’eccezione. Dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali, compreso l’ascensore, l’appartamento, accogliente e silenzioso, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrattive principali, nonché dalla stazione ferroviaria e da vari parcheggi a pagamento. L’appartamento Il Globo è il punto migliore dal quale iniziare l’esplorazione di Pistoia.

Ci sono treni regolari per Firenze ( 20 min) o per Lucca e Viareggio. Potete in ogni momento rilassarvi nel giardino che è a vostra disposizione esclusiva , ed è molto silenzioso. Facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Perfetto per esplorare Firenze e la Toscana.

L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

L'angolo strategico!

Il palazzo è stato oggetto di lavori "ecobonus 110%" e pertanto totalmente rinnovato. Appartamento con nuovi arredi moderni, dotato di tutto punto (in particolare di due nuovi climatizzatori Mitsubishi: in soggiorno ed in camera), con parcheggio coperto condominiale e vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e all'imbocco autostradale, a pochi passi dal centro e lungo un bel Corso... su cui è ubicato...! Soggiornare per credere!!! Ben trovati ed al piacere di condividerlo: parola di Liliana!.

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato ubicato al primo piano di una palazzina dei primi del ‘900 in tranquilla strada di uno dei più antichi ed eleganti quartieri di Firenze. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti, oppure in Bus con fermata a poca distanza da casa. Camminando lungo il suggestivo lungarno, Porta San Niccolò, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi e la Basilica di Santa Croce sono comodamente raggiungibili, così come le altre meraviglie di Firenze.

This beautiful apartment is in a historical Villa (1600) in a quiet residential complex situated in Scandicci on the hills around Florence. It was totally renovated in 2018. The apartment is made up of entrance, living room with TV and sofa which converts to double bed, bed room with double bed on mezzanine level, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with hob and utensils. There is air conditioning (from June - September) and wifi. Private parking in front of the Villa.
