Benvenuti nel mio appartamento, nato in un palazzo storico e dagli arredi di design impreziositi con pezzi unici di artigiani fiorentini e del design made in Italy. Cosa lo rende unico? Il terrazzo panoramico a 360° ad uso esclusivo su cui potrete godere di colazioni ed aperitivi al tramonto, con vista su tutto il centro fiorentino! Sarete ad un passo da Santa Maria Novella, dalla Basilica di San Lorenzo e dalle Cappelle Medicee: a due, da tutte le meravigliose attrazioni cittadine. Vi aspetto!

Florentine Hills "Le Scalette"

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

IRMA SUITE Prato City Center

Benvenuti!!! Entrando in casa Irma, c'è un ingresso armadio e attaccapanni. Il bagno è un po' datato. C'è la lavenderia (condivisa) 5€ a lavaggio compresi: prodotti, lavatrice, stendino e asciugatrice (in inverno). la stanza principale ha un soppalco con letto francese. Scala ripida!. Sopra non si sta in piedi. Sotto c'è un divano/letto e il mobile TV. Si passa in cucina, con i fornelli. a gas. Sul terrazzo (condiviso) potrete stare su tavolo divano, poltrone e amaca (non in inverno). Grazie!

Un grazioso appartamento a piano terra con giardino privato, in posizione perfetta a 5 minuti a piedi alla stazione del treno di Prato Centrale e a 100 m. dal centro storico di Prato, con bar, ristoranti e negozi di ogni tipo. Ci sono treni regolari per Firenze ( 20 min) o per Lucca e Viareggio. Potete in ogni momento rilassarvi nel giardino che è a vostra disposizione esclusiva , ed è molto silenzioso. Facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Perfetto per esplorare Firenze e la Toscana.
