Charming Villa in a Private Mountain Resort

Enjoy the magnificent scenery in a private mountain resort, 5 min away from Brasov. The villa has huge terraces and balconies with spectacular mountain views and lots of comfy lounge chairs, Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, table tennis, table football, a large living room with fireplace, barbecue grill, covered outdoor dining place, a large variety of board games, on-site car park for up to 4 cars, including a garage. Location is at 5 minutes by walk to the ski slopes and 2-3 minutes from mini-markets and restaurants from the Poiana. Studio Adela offers accommodation in the most famous mountain station , Poiana Brasov. The studio has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave,minibar,stove, dishes,tools for kitchen,dining area. Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are provided in the property. There is a a private bathroom inside with shower column . You can serve your morning coffee on the balcony .

Two bedroom apartment in the Vila de Aur Complex in Poiana Brasov, 250m from the famous Poiana Brasov sky/snowboard slopes. The apartment features a big living space with an open bar kitchen, a sofa bed, two balconies and a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms with one double bed each, one balcony and a second bathroom on the second level. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, TV, iron and hairdryer, plates and kitchen utensils included.

Spacious&comfortable house, close to ski slopes

Designed as a family retreat for weekends, the house is part of a duplex, has a great position with views of surrounding mountainscape, also located 10min away from the ski slopes (walking distance). The surrounding forest and limited amount of neighbours, provides plenty of intimacy for relaxing, or spending time with friends/family. Overall a rustic decor, loads of natural light, plenty of indoor & outdoor space. Parking space for max 4 cars.

The place to be in Predeal (ENTIRE HOUSE)

The house is located in a highly rated neighbourhood from Predeal, 5 minutes distance by car from the ski slope, 10 by foot. The terrace is sublime on all seasons offering an watchtower with a perfect forest view and a nice barbecue grill. There are two apartments, one on top of which other connected by the exterior stairs.
