Apartamentul este alcătuit din doua camere dotate cu pat dublu în fiecare, câte un dulap de haine, televizor. Apartamentul are un balcon generos cu ieșire din ambele camere. Bucătăria este mare și cu tot ce-ti trebuie pentru a te simți ca acasa: de la tacâmuri și vesela, pana la diverse condimente, care te îmbie sa-ti etalezi talentul de bucătar. Baia este dotata cu un spațiu generos de dus, prosoape, produse de curățat și produse de igiena personala. Este un ap. primitor,curat și liniștit!

Designed as a family retreat for weekends, the house is part of a duplex, has a great position with views of surrounding mountainscape, also located 10min away from the ski slopes (walking distance). The surrounding forest and limited amount of neighbours, provides plenty of intimacy for relaxing, or spending time with friends/family. Overall a rustic decor, loads of natural light, plenty of indoor & outdoor space. Parking space for max 4 cars.

Aceasta dispune de 8 camere: un apartament cu 2 camere cu un hol și o baie comună și 6 camere, fiecare cu baie proprie, un living mare, o terasa închisă, 2 bucătarii, curte spațioasă, grătar și foișor exterior, masă de ping pong, Wi-Fi. Este situată la 10 minute de mers cu mașina de pârtia Clăbucet, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Cabana Trei Brazi si la 15 minute de mers pe jos de Cabana Poiana Secuilor.

It's not only a space for rent, is our 2nd home away from the crowded city! We refurbished this 50sqm apartment with love for our own holidays and we thought why not share it when we're busy? It's 5 minutes walking to the railstation/center and at the base of mountain trails to Postavaru and Diham. It is perfect for 1 family with 2 kids or 2 couples. I'll be delighted to offer tips for trips and suggestions of activities and restaurants around.

Do you want to have peace and nature? The house is located near the Predeal resort at an altitude of 1400 meters. To get to the location, you have to go a little on a green forest road. From Predeal Station there are 8 km to the house. It goes to DN1 2.5 km, then take right on DN73A (Valea Rasnoavei) for 4 km and it will turn left on a forest road about 1.5 km.
